Do i need a powerful machine to run Nao ?

No, everything runs on the Naomics Server.

What happen if i need more samples, or if i don't have used all the samples of my subscription ?

You can order more samples with the same unit price, or report samples you have left to the next subscription.

How much time take complex analysis ?

Analysis your data can be a complex task. Some of them will take a few minutes, while the more complex will last several hours. You will be notified when the task is complete by mail for example.

Can i work with my team on the platform ?

Yes, you can share informations with your collegues.

Can i import my data in several files or folders ?

Yes, and if the structure of your data is strange, Nao will ask your some questions to solve the issues.
